In our never-ending pursuit for efficiency through weight savings, we have developed an extremely lightweight wheel option, designed specifically for Tesla vehicles. Produced in aerospace-grade forged aluminium for maximum weight savings and strength to handle the instantaneous torque of a Tesla and the load of a heavier vehicle, the Unplugged Performance UP-04 wheels are the product of a massive amount of R&D. Every application is FEA analyzed to optimise for strength to weight ratio for the intended use case.
Every set is a made custom to spec and machined out of solid billet forgings in the USA. Orders typically take 4-8 weeks to process.

- Model S range: All Variants, including 40, 60, 60D, 70D, 75D, 85, P85, P85D, 90D, P90D, P100D
- Model 3 range: All Variants, including rear-wheel drive (standard and long-range); dual motor (standard, Performance, and Performance Upgrade Package)
- Model Y range: All Variants including Model Y Performance and Model Y Dual-Motor
- Model X range: All Variants, including 60D, 75D, 90D, P90D, P100D
- Produced in lightweight forged 6061-T6 aerospace-grade APP forgings for superior strength:
o 19″ applications start at 19lbs (+-1lb) per wheel
o 20″ applications start at 20lbs per wheel (20×10.5 shown is 21.0lbs)
o 21″ applications start at 21lbs (+-1lb) per wheel
o 22″ applications start at 22lbs (+-1lb) per wheel - Available with Optional anti-slip knurling, an F1 race car technology. (Available in 19” and 20” applications only)
Designed to accept Tesla standard factory sized tyres as well as a wide variety of aftermarket tyre options. - Accepts all Tesla factory components: Centre Caps, TPMS adapters, Tesla wheel nuts and correct Tesla centrer bore
