ORIGINS
In early 2013 when we purchased our first Model S development vehicle we immediately saw the need for adjustable rear toe angle as the Model S & Model X’s suspension geometry has no option to adjust as standard. This combined with the vehicle’s heavy curb weight and expensive 21″ summer performance tyres can lead to excessive and expensive tyre wear.
We developed our Rear Toe Arms over the last 7 years testing many different variations across a wide variety of Model S and Model X variants to ensure durability, resulting in these immensely strong billet arms and our own high-performance bushing material.
Fitment of the Rear Toe Arms allows fine adjustments to the rear end toe in/out setting of the vehicle. It can either help achieve desired handling characteristics or to get your car back to original alignment specs after lowering.
Remember that with the air suspension fitted to these vehicles, even the choice of ride height that you drive in can be causing your rear tyres to be misaligned, leading to that expensive, early tyre wear. After all, the rear geometry can only be perfect at one ride height – so if you tend to drive the car in a high or low setting, you’ll be punishing your tyres without these arms installed.
Replacing the factory arms which are non-adjustable, brings infinite possibilities of precision toe adjustment. We recommend fitting our Billet Rear Adjustable Camber Arms at the same time, to allow your alignment to be perfected once and for all.

Every toe arm is assembled in a jig that is preset the match the factory rear toe arm length. This simplifies installation by giving a factory baseline with every set.

CONSTRUCTION
Billet CNC machined Aircraft Grade 6061-T6 Aluminum, with a rugged and corrosion-resistant Cerakote clear finish to showcase the billet construction.
